Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, here in a 2021 limited edition design. The bottle and box carry artwork inspired by traditional Japanese floral motifs. The whisky itself is the regular Harmony blend, supplied in a 700ml bottle.
It is made from malt and grain whiskies matured in several cask types, including American oak, sherry casks and Mizunara oak.
The nose has honey, orange peel, white flowers and gentle oak. The palate brings soft fruit, caramel, subtle spice and a light malt sweetness. The finish is clean and delicate, with lingering floral and citrus notes.
