Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Suntory blended whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The name Hibiki means resonance in Japanese and reflects Suntory's philosophy of living in harmony with people and nature.
The nose is rose and lychee with a hint of rosemary and mature, sandalwood-like oak. The palate has honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long and tender, with a hint of Mizunara, Japanese oak.
