Hibiki Japanese Harmony (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Suntory blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The components are matured in American white oak, sherry and Mizunara casks. The 24-faceted bottle reflects the idea of harmony in Japanese tradition, and the Japanese name Kanzen means complete. The Hibiki brand was launched in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary. The nose brings apricots, orange blossom and marmalade, with hints of cinnamon and cloves. The palate shows oranges and apricots, with a slight peppery note.
