Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky, put together from malt and grain whiskies matured in a variety of casks.
On the nose it is elegant, with candied orange and apricot, rose and jasmine, cinnamon and sandalwood, and a subtle note of honey. The palate is soft and silky, with ripe fruit meeting caramel, dark chocolate and fine wood. It finishes long and harmonious, with a pleasant warmth and a return of fruit and spice.
