High West Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies, each at least two years old, bottled at 46% (92 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It is the new name for High West American Prairie Whiskey, with a changed label.
The blend includes a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley malt from MGP, and another of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley from an undisclosed source. The whiskies are married in a undisclosed ratio and aged in new, charred American white oak barrels.
It is bottled non-chill filtered.
