High West Bourye Limited Sighting is a blend of straight bourbons and straight ryes of varying ages, made by High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. It is bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle.
Bourye began as a seasonal release and is issued in limited batches called sightings. It is not part of the regular High West range.
The nose offers caramel, honey, toasted oak, baking spices and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate come toffee, vanilla bean, cinnamon, dark fruit and bold rye spice, followed by a long, warming finish of oak, pepper and sweet caramel.
