Double Rye is a rye whiskey from High West in the USA, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv. It blends column-still and pot-still whiskies, aged for a minimum of two years.
The aim is a bold rye spice set against a bright botanical lift, and it is made to be sipped neat or stirred into a drink.
The flavour runs to cinnamon, gingersnaps, juniper, mint sprigs and fresh wildflower honey.
