Rendezvous Rye is the flagship whiskey from High West, a straight rye in a 70cl bottle.
Its distinguishing point is a high rye content in the mash bill. Many other straight ryes are made with only 51 to 53% rye, the legal minimum, whereas this one is made in the older style, with a high proportion of rye and a full flavour.
