High West – Rendezvous Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

High West Rendezvous Rye is a blended American rye whiskey with a high rye content, described as the flagship of the Utah distillery. It brings together two straight rye whiskies aged between 4 and 7 years. One has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, the other 80% rye and 20% malted rye. Both are matured in new charred American white oak barrels. It is bottled at 46% (92 proof) without chill filtration, which keeps the natural oils that contribute to flavour, texture and finish.
