Highland Park 10 Year Old Ambassador's Choice is a single malt from the northernmost distillery in Scotland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for ten years, one third in former Oloroso casks and two thirds in ex-bourbon casks, and is bottled in a limited quantity without added colouring.
The nose is fruity, with citrus, cereal, fresh pastry, vanilla, sweet honey and a little mint. The palate brings fine peat smoke, sweet malt, light mint and strong spice. The finish is medium in length, lightly smoky and spicy.
