Highland Park 10 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, matured mainly in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
The distillery was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson, a direct descendant of the Vikings whose kingdom once included the islands.
It is described as a mix of fallen oranges, vanilla cream and smoky heather peat.
