Highland Park 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, made at the distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, where whisky has been made since 1798. It is matured mainly in European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks.
The whisky is described as combining zesty Seville oranges with rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Beneath this sits a honey character, likened to heather honey, with gentle heathery peat smoke.
