A 12 year old single malt from Highland Park, made in Kirkwall on the largest of the Orkney islands. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in bourbon and sherry casks. The distillery's malt is associated with heather, a little peat and sea air, with a light saltiness in the aroma.
The nose has heather and a clear peat note. The palate is fruity with light peat smoke, and the finish is warming, with fruity sweetness and a little smoke.
