Highland Park 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Its sweetness is often described as heather honey, and it has a warming, silky mouthfeel.
The notes run to salted lemons, a hint of charcoal smoke, crisp green apple, tropical fruit and unripe mango. Beeswax, honey and dusty wood follow, along with fruity dark chocolate.
