The whisky is light golden in colour. The nose is typically described as crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, with fresh pineapple, lemon zest and a hint of sponge cake.
On the palate come toasted cinnamon, mellow peat smoke, warm vanilla sponge, lemon zest, pineapple and heather honey.
