Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a single malt Scotch inspired by Norse heritage. It is matured in a combination of European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks and comes in a 75cl ceramic bottle.
The nose offers heather honey, dried citrus, soft smoke, vanilla and warm baking spices. The palate is rich and rounded, with honeyed malt, orange peel, gentle peat smoke, oak spice and toffee. The finish is medium to long, with lingering sweetness, subtle smoke and spiced oak.
