Highland Park 21 Year Old, the August 2019 release, is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 750ml bottle. It was made from casks laid down in 1998 and earlier.
It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. The release was produced in limited quantities.
The nose shows heather honey, dried fruit, soft peat smoke and vanilla oak. The palate is full bodied, with toffee, malt, spiced citrus, roasted nuts and gentle smoke. The finish is long, smooth and warming, with honeyed oak, subtle spice and peat.
