Highland Park 25 Year is an Island single malt from Orkney, matured for 25 years and bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is drawn from long-matured casks. The distillery sits on the Orkney Islands, off the northern coast of Scotland, and uses its own peat and traditional floor maltings, which gives the house style of gentle smoke and sherry. It is described as rich and layered, with dried fruit, honey, dark chocolate and aromatic sherry, finished by a gentle wisp of heather smoke.
