Highland Park – 30 Year Old

Highland Park 30 Year Old is a single malt from the Kirkwall distillery on Orkney, the most northerly major distillery in Scotland. It is bottled without chill filtration. The whisky has matured for thirty years in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. Its character draws on heathery peat from Hobbister Moor, the influence of the sherry casks and the coastal conditions of the Orkney warehouses, with a maritime note of brine running through the whole.
