Highland Park 40 Year Old is a single malt from Orkney, matured for forty years and bottled at 44.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Highland Park distils on the Orkney Islands and uses its own peat and traditional floor maltings, which gives a gently smoky, sherried style. The whisky is described as deep and harmonious, with dried fruit, dark honey, aromatic oak and sherry richness, and a whisper of aged peat smoke.
