A Highland Park single malt from Orkney, distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2022 to mark a 20th anniversary. It spent its whole maturation in a single sherry butt.
The nose is of cigar boxes, leather and honey. On the palate, dried figs, dates and prunes sit alongside peat smoke and complex floral notes. The finish brings clove rock and more rich fruit.
