Highland Park Ceramic 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is presented in a heavily embossed ceramic bottle made in partnership with UK specialists Wade Ceramics.
Whisky maker Gordon Motion selected the casks, with a high proportion of first-fill European oak sherry seasoned casks. First-fill American oak sherry seasoned casks add to the mix.
The European oak gives a warm, dry spice, while the American oak brings vanilla and crème brûlée.
Tasting Notes
