Highland Park The Light is a 17 year old single malt from Scotland, matured in American casks and bottled at 52.9% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is the counterpart to The Dark, and it is dedicated to the warm, bright days of a Scottish summer.
The whisky is a pale gold. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, pineapple and wood. On the palate there is nutmeg, pear, caramel, cedar and peat. The finish is long and lightly smoky.
