Highland Park – Triskelion Special Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 45.1%)

Triskelion is a special edition single malt Scotch from Highland Park, in a 70cl bottle at 45.1% abv. Its three Master Whisky Makers hand-selected and combined three principal cask types: first-fill sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks, and ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads. A small number of refill casks were added to soften the final flavour. The name refers to its three creators. The whisky is full-bodied, with tangy Seville oranges, sultanas and raisins, sweet apricots, heather honey, crushed coriander seeds and aromatic peat smoke.
