Highland Park – Valfather Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 47%)

Highland Park Valfather is a peated single malt bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It is the final release in the three-part Viking Legend series of special editions, inspired by Odin, the Norse god linked with wisdom, sorcery, poetry, death, wolves and ravens. It is the most peated whisky Highland Park has made to date, and it was matured entirely in refill casks so that the peat sits alongside other layers of flavour. It won Gold at the 2020 World Whisky Awards. The flavour is described as sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood and smoked paprika.
