Highland Park Valknut is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle. It is the second release in the distillery's Viking Legend series, which celebrates Orkney's Norse ancestry.
It is made with a higher proportion of the distillery's local peated malt, and matured mainly in sherry-seasoned oak casks.
The combination gives a whisky that is smoky and sweet.
