Highwood Canadian Rye Whiskey is a Canadian whisky distilled from rye and wheat, in a 1.75 litre bottle. It is the flagship whisky for Highwood.
Each grain is distilled and aged separately, with wheat as the base, before the two components are blended.
That blending follows a typical Canadian style, combining the rye and the wheat.
