James Ownby Reserve Tennessee Straight Bourbon

James Ownby Reserve is a Tennessee straight bourbon named after a frontier soldier and pioneer. Ownby served with the Overmountain Men at the Battle of Kings Mountain, and his family was one of the original five to settle in what became Tennessee. The whisky is charcoal filtered using the Lincoln County Process and aged in virgin American charred oak barrels. It is described as a rich, warm, deep caramel spirit that is easy to sip, with a distinctly southern character.
