- Irish pale ale barrel finish
Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% in a 1 litre bottle. It is a collaboration between whiskey making and craft brewing: Jameson is finished in barrels that previously held Irish pale ale, which adds a subtle hoppy character, light citrus and gentle herbal qualities.
The nose is citrus zest, floral hops and light malt. The palate has smooth grain, subtle hops and fresh fruit, and the finish is clean, crisp and gently bitter.
