Jameson Single Pot Still Five Oak Cask Release is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV.
It is made from malted and unmalted barley, distilled three times, which gives a rich smoothness alongside the spiciness typical of pot still. It matured in a combination of three kinds of virgin oak, Irish, European and American, together with ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The result is described as both complex and smooth.
