Jefferson's Very Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 41.1%)

A blend of straight bourbons from Jefferson's, bottled at 82.3 proof (41.15%) in a 75cl bottle. Jefferson's was founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a bourbon historian. Very Small Batch combines Jefferson's own bourbon with three further hand-selected straight bourbons of differing mash bills and ages. The nose is brown sugar with a hint of citrus. Vanilla, peaches and toffee come through on the palate, followed by a delicate, warm and honeyed finish.
