Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 90 proof, or 45% ABV.
After a barrel is emptied, some bourbon stays trapped deep in the wood. A proprietary process extracts this liquid, which is then blended with extra-aged bourbon.
The aroma is a deep char with a smoky backdrop. On the palate it is full bodied, with intense oak and vanilla.
