Kamiki Blended Malt Whisky (50cl, 48%)

Kamiki is a Japanese blended malt in a 50cl bottle, bottled at 48% vol. The name joins the Japanese words kami and iki and means 'divine breath'. It combines Japanese whiskies of different ages, and the marriage then spends a short time in Yoshino cedar casks. Japanese spring water brings it down to bottling strength. The nose is sweet honey, caramel, stone fruit and floral notes. On the palate there is light peat, sweet caramel, green tea and oak, and the finish is long, fruity and sweet.
