Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Japanese Whisky (70cl, 51%)

Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is a Japanese whisky and the first pot still release from the Kanosuke brand, bottled at 51% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from unmalted and malted barley. The spirit is distilled at the Hioki distillery, a short drive from Kanosuke, which has been running since 1883 and is known for its shochu. Hioki moved into gin in 2018 and began producing grain whisky by 2020. Maturation takes place at the Kanosuke distillery in ex-shochu American white oak and bourbon barrels.
