Laphroaig Lore is an Islay single malt created by Distillery Manager John Campbell. It is a permanent part of the Laphroaig range, bottled at 48%.
The name refers to the skills handed down through the generations. It is matured in a combination of casks, including first fill sherry butts and quarter casks, and is said to include some of the distillery's most precious stock. It is described as the richest Laphroaig made.
