Legent Bourbon

Legent is a Kentucky bourbon made as a collaboration between the two halves of Beam Suntory. Jim Beam master distiller Fred Noe made the whiskey, and Suntory chief blender Shinji Fukuyo blended it. It combines three components: bourbon matured for approximately five years, a parcel finished for about one extra year in California red wine casks, and a parcel finished for about two extra years in sherry casks. Legent debuted in March 2019, the company's first new standalone bourbon brand in 27 years.
