Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond is a Tennessee bourbon aged for 5 years and bottled at 110 proof, which is 50%. The mash bill is 70% corn, 15% wheat and 15% toasted barley malt, all grown on the chief distiller's farm. The distillery uses pure limestone-filtered water. The nose is pralines coated in mild chocolate, with antique oak and fig jam. The palate offers butterscotch, sweet herbs and dried citrus. The finish balances fresh mint, Luxardo cherries and maple cinnamon cookies.
