Loch Lomond 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in a mix of bourbon, refill and re-charred casks. It is bottled at 46% and is non-chill-filtered, in a 75cl bottle.
It is distilled in the distillery's straight neck pot stills. The house style pairs orchard fruit with a little spice, light peat and oak.
The nose offers green apple, pear, honey, vanilla and light oak. On the palate come creamy malt, citrus zest, toasted almond, gentle smoke and warm spice. The finish is of medium length, with soft peat, sweet fruit and balanced oak.
