It is built around orchard fruit: peach and pear, with vanilla sweetness and a gentle hint of smoke on the finish.
On the nose there is crisp green apple, ripe pear and lemon, with golden cereal in the background. The palate brings pear, then lemon and vanilla meringue, with a light biscuit sweetness. The finish is medium in length, with gentle wood smoke and a lingering tang.
