A 12 year old single malt from Loch Lomond, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without chill-filtration. It is made with both straight neck and swan neck stills and matured in three kinds of American oak: bourbon, refill and re-charred casks. Master blender Michael Henry put the expression together.
The nose offers crisp green apples, ripe pear, lemon and golden grain. Orchard fruit and lemon meringue lead the palate, with vanilla and a light biscuit sweetness. The finish is of medium length, with soft wood smoke and a lingering tang.
