Loch Lomond Inchmoan 12 Year Old is a single malt that takes the distillery's usual style in a smokier direction. It is matured in three types of American oak cask and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered.
The aim is soft smoke and warming spice, alongside fruit, honey sweetness and a peaty character.
The nose brings roasted coffee, green apple, honey and peat smoke. The palate has fruit, clove and aniseed spice, with a gentle smoky warmth.
