Loch Lomond – Inchmurrin 12 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

Inchmurrin 12 Year Old is a single malt from Loch Lomond distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and non-chill filtered. It is distilled in stills designed to produce a lighter, floral spirit, then matured in three types of American oak cask, which bring out a sweet and delicate side of the distillery's style. The nose shows ripe peach, apricot and creamy vanilla. The palate is soft and fruity, with toffee, honey and gentle oak spice, and the American oak adds a rounded texture.
