Loch Lomond Oloroso Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% vol. It belongs to the distillery's The Originals series.
The whisky is matured in oak and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, which bring the rich sweetness of the sherry to the Highland spirit.
The nose offers sultanas and dried fruit with toffee, caramel and vanilla. The palate is full and sweet, with dark sugar, toffee, vanilla and a light woody spice. The finish is warm and long, with lingering sherry and fruit.
