This is a special edition Loch Lomond single malt bottled at 46%. It was distilled partly in a traditional pot still and partly in the Lomond Straight Neck pot still.
The whisky matured first in three different types of American oak cask, then was finished in new American oak.
The nose offers peach and pear. On the palate, creamy oak vanilla and maple syrup add sweetness, balanced by a trace of peat smoke in the finish.
