A single cask Longmorn, distilled in 2012 and matured for twelve years in one first-fill bourbon cask. Signatory opened the cask in 2024 and filled 226 bottles at 56.9% for its Cask Strength Collection, uncoloured and not chill-filtered.
The nose is fresh, with peach, apricot, vanilla and blossom over coconut, honey and a little citrus. The palate is juicy, with ripe apple, crème brûlée, white grapes and nutmeg, and a creamy texture. The finish is medium to long, with vanilla, light oak, gentle spice and a dry close.
