A single cask Longmorn from Speyside, bottled for the Mackillop's Choice range at cask strength, 41.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled in October 1991 and filled into one cask, where it stayed until March 2020. The release was 78 bottles.
The nose is light and delicate, with nougat, nuts, a pot pourri floralness, some sweetness and an apple note from the scrumpy barrel. On the palate it is round, smooth and creamy, with nougat, sweetness and floral touches, followed by a floral finish of medium length.
