A 1966 vintage Longmorn-Glenlivet single malt, aged in a sherry cask and bottled in 1985 by Moon Import, the Italian whisky importer. It was bottled at 57% and comes in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is powerful with a fairly narrow profile, and water makes it a little metallic and herbal. The palate is spicy and strong, and with water it shows Campari, oranges and ginger. The finish is long, staying with oranges and ginger and adding a bitter note of cinchona.
