This is a single cask Orcadian single malt, distilled twice in Kirkwall in 2002 and bottled in 2017 at 57.3%. It was matured in an ex-sherry cask.
The nose shows sherry notes, nougat and the distillery's own character. The palate is full yet round, with sweet dried fruit, peach, a touch of chocolate, sea salt and a well-woven note of smoke, with honey and heather rounding it off. The finish is long and warming.
