Macallan – Amber Meadow Harmony Collection Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (2022) (70cl)

Amber Meadow is the third release in the Macallan Harmony Collection, created with Stella and Mary McCartney in their first joint venture. It draws on the sisters' memories of summer days in amber fields at the family farm in the Scottish countryside. The presentation box and bottle labels are made from discarded meadow cuttings. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team matured it in sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, aiming for the character of warm meadows and mature barley fields. The nose is orange, lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley. On the palate come oak, lemon, melon, scone, almond and green tea, and the finish is sweet and long.
