A 20 year old single malt Macallan, distilled in 2005 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under its Speymalt label. It matured in a single sherry hogshead and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich with dried fruit, prunes and figs. On the palate, leathery honey is joined by raspberry yogurt ice cream, citrus, melon, almonds and milk chocolate. The finish is full, waxy and soft, fruity and nutty, with cedar wood and almond paste.
